Hi, I’m Amy.
I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes since 2004, and after more than two decades in real estate, I know this for sure: real estate is never just about property. It’s about people, timing, transition, and helping someone step into the next chapter of their life with confidence.
I serve homeowners across Oakland County and surrounding communities as an Associate Broker and trusted real estate advisor. Over the course of my career, I’ve facilitated the sale of more than 5,000 homes representing over $2 billion in residential real estate, and I bring that experience to every client relationship with a strategic mindset and a steady hand.
My clients count on me for honest guidance, strong negotiation, creative problem-solving, and a high level of care throughout the entire process. Whether I’m preparing a home for market, helping a buyer compete in a fast-moving market, or navigating the details of a more complex sale, I believe the experience should feel clear, well-managed, and tailored to the client I’m serving.
I’ve also had the opportunity to lead three award-winning real estate offices in Michigan and California and have coached top agents since 2015. Those experiences have shaped the way I lead, communicate, and advocate — not only for my clients, but for excellence in this industry as a whole.
In addition, I’m a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE) and a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which have strengthened my ability to guide clients through situations that require both strategy and sensitivity.
More than anything, I’ve built my business on relationships. I care deeply about the people I serve and the communities I’m part of, and I believe that trust, communication, and consistency still matter. They always will.
