She was able to discern what I wanted from a property without having to say it explicitly. And she made sure that the things I did explicitly say that I wanted were present. When I requested to see a property she would often have a few others ready to go in the area to take a look at. Additionally, she would present good value opportunities in the market that may have been outside the scope of what I was generally looking for. This helped me gain a better understanding of the market overall and consider opportunities I wouldn't have otherwise been looking at. She offered sound advice and was very knowledgeable regarding the area. I wouldn't have been able to find my house without her and am so happy in the house she helped me find.
